Synopsis: When the supposedly extinct Tasmanian tiger is spotted in the wilds of Tasmania, a mercenary is sent by a secretive biotech company in search of the elusive animal. Having assumed the persona of a university researcher named Martin David, the soldier of fortune makes his way to the home of Lucy Armstrong where he will be boarding. But as he gets to know Lucy and her two children and the legendary tiger comes within reach, unexpected events cause him to question the reasons for his quest. With a superb performance from Willem Defoe, this is a thrilling chronicle of internal struggle.
